What a brilliant start to the season with many ups and downs and three red cards already. Manchester United and Swansea kicked off the season and what a disappointing start it was for the Red Devils and for Van Gaal. Swansea scored in the 28th minute and then new captain Rooney put one in for the Red Devils in the 53rd minute. But United were not able to gain much from the equalizer as they conceded again in the 72nd minute to lose their opening game.

Leicester vs. Everton

Leicester vs. Everton ended in a 2-2 draw with Everton scoring both their goals in the first half and carrying on 1-2 right till the end when Leicester equalized in the 86th minute and denied Everton the three points.

QPR vs. Hull city

QPR vs. Hull city ended in a 1–nil win for Hull City. QPR had a great chance in the 85th minute in the form of a penalty to savage a point from the game but it was just not their day as Austin C. missed the penalty.

Stoke City vs. Aston Villa

Stoke City vs. Aston Villa also ended in 1-nil score line, with Aston Villa scoring the only goal of the game in the 50th minute to take all three points.

WestBrom Vs. Sunderland

WestBrom Vs. Sunderland, an exciting match with 4 yellow cards, ended in a 2-2 draw. Sunderland scored first in the 5th minute but then conceded 2 goals, one in each half, to go down 2-1 but they were able to pull back one in, in the 86th minute to settle for a draw.

West Ham Vs. Tottenham

West Ham Vs. Tottenham ended in a 0-1 win for Tottenham. West Ham had the perfect chance to go ahead when in the 29th minute a Tottenham player was given a red card and a penalty was awarded to the home side, but unfortunately they missed it. Then in the 63rd minute, West Ham got a red card and now both team were down to ten men with the score still 0-0. The only goal of the game came by Tottenham when they scored in the 93rd minute.

Arsenal vs. Crystal

Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace also proved to be an exciting match, with the F.A cup winners going 0-1 down in the 35th minute, but they grabbed one goal just before the stroke of half time. In the 89th minute Crystal Palace’s Puncheon got a second yellow and as a result got sent off and in the 91st minute Aaron Ramsey scored for Arsenal to help them secure their first win of the season.
