The former Borussia Dortmund handler took a sudden break from his sabbatical last year October to take charge of Liverpool and agreed a 3-year deal. Since then, there has been a difference between his Liverpool and Brendan Rodger’s. 2 finals within a space of 8 months definitely isn’t the easiest of feats, and if there is team many tip for greater thing next season, it’s the Merseyside Reds. Despite failing to qualify the team for any European campaign, the club has seen what change he’s able to bring to the table and have promptly persuaded him to agree to an additional 4 year deal. The German tactician will now manage the side until 2022, and here are 4 sure changes that will happen at Liverpool with him at the helm.

Since the new format kicked in England, Liverpool are yet to land the EPL title. At worst they will clinch 1 in the remaining 6 years of Klopp being in charge. Despite the stiff competition that will exist for the title in the coming years, it is sure that Liverpool will always mount a great challenge for it every season. He already promised a trophy within his first 3 years in charge, and has started injecting his philosophy into the squad. The comeback against Dortmund in the 2nd leg of the quarterfinals of the Europa League has already shown us a new side. That side can win as many EPL titles, and probably take it a notch higher by winning the Champions League.

Despite failing to qualify for any European competition, top players have still been drawn to Liverpool. Simply because of Jurgen Klopp’s presence. That will surely continue over the course of the next years. Although he’s not a frequent marketer during the transfer windows, but when he needs to make a necessary addition, he would and if it’s with a top signing, it wouldn’t be a problem. Not many players can reject such offer and opportunity to work under one of the best tacticians around.

One of the most promising players in the Bundesliga is U.S.A’s Christian Pulisic. The 17-year-old Dortmund midfielder was tutored by Klopp and Liverpool’s Sheyi Ojo is already getting fine tuned by him. He focuses on youth players and the club will get to benefit immensely from that philosophy. The youth and academy players will be given a chance to impress, learn, develop and grow under Klopp’s guidance. It’s a project that will see Liverpool have a couple of youngsters to turn to in few years to come.

Already they are proving to be a hard nut to crack and the team will definitely get formidable the more every passing season with Klopp in charge. He is discarding those surplus to requirements and recruiting the best available legs for every position. It is a process that will continue season in and out. Liverpool are slowly becoming the team to beat and establishing themselves as local and continent giants. All thanks to Jurgen Klopp. Having him and his assistants, Zeljko Buvac and Peter Krawietz agree to new deals will definitely come out rewarding in the long run, definitely the best summer signing for the Anfield outfit.
