Competition: International friendly
Market: Colombia to win against Cameroon
Odds: 11/20 @ Bet 365

Colombia travel to the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez to face Cameroon in this evening’s international friendly, and are favourites to come out on top in what might not be a straight-forward spectacle. Colombia are undoubtedly the stronger side but the hosts are the form team going into tonight’s encounter which could make for real entertainment.

Hugo Broos’s Cameroon side have picked up four wins from their last five games, beating the likes of Ghana, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia conceding just one goal. The home side have been formidable in their own backyard, boasting six wins and two draws from their last nine. However, the gulf in class between the pair may be telling, even if the visitors are struggling for form of late.

José Pékerman’s Colombia outfit have failed to win their last two games, but one draw and a defeat to Spain and Brazil respectively isn’t unexpected. Prior to that, Colombia have won back-to-back internationals and had lost just once since September 2016, to Brazil again.

Nevertheless, with Colombia’s defeats only coming to the elite South America nations in the qualifiers, while they’ve picked up wins and draws to the likes of Uruguay, Chile and Ecuador, Bet 365 are giving odds of 11/20 for the visitors to come out on top tonight.
