Usain Bolt has made no secret of his desire to forge a football career after his glittering athletics run crosses the finish line and the Jamaican icon has taken his first step to soccer fame, by appearing in a video game.

Eight-time Olympic gold medallist Bolt will run for the final time competitively at the World Championships in London this year.

His next appointment is a training camp with Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund as the Manchester United fan plots a route into another sport.

Even if he never makes it, Bolt will forever be able to come as close as anyone to pretending, thanks to the makers of Pro Evolution Soccer, who have revealed Bolt will be playable in their next instalment.
